Spray Foam
Roof Coating
We can apply a spray foam roofing system to your roof to improve its strength and longevity while protecting it against the elements.
Unlike other roof restoration methods, spray foam insulates your roof and can save energy costs when it comes to both heating and cooling your building. This is a great choice for metal, concrete, wood, and many other roof materials.
Spray foam roof systems are backed by a warranty of up to 20 years. As with other roof restorations, this can be expensed as a repair or maintenance cost in most cases. A full roof replacement, on the other hand, cannot.
Benefits
A Spray foam barrier will render your roof waterproof and increase insulation, allowing it to withstand the elements over time. The closed-cell foam increases the strength of your roof overall while reducing expansion and contraction.
The reflective nature of this barrier will keep your roof safe from heat stress and your energy costs low. That means your building will stay warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. You will spend less money heating and cooling your building.
Additionally, spray foam barriers are lightweight and will not burden your roof
The Process
First, we prepare the roof by cleaning up all the dirt and debris. Then we combine the ingredients to create the spray foam and apply it to the roof. The foam expands to create a seamless, lightweight layer.
The spray foam penetrates your roof’s pores to create a seamless barrier. This particular coating can be applied to most roof systems. At about eight ounces per square foot, the lightweight foam does not exceed the structural load capacity for most roofs.
